Adam Gompertz
Adam Gompertz (AKA REVS Art) has had a somewhat varied background. He has trained as a Psychiatric Nurse, a Car designer and a Vicar. His design background includes work for MG Rover, Design Storz, Dubois Naval Architects and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd.
He now serves Bicester Heritage as its official Station Chaplain, as well as running the REVS Community organization, a non for profit community interest company that seeks to being community, mental/spiritual health, faith and cars all under one banner. A passionate petrolhead from the age of 5, when his first encounter with an Aston Martin made an unforgettable impression, Adam tries to take spare time for his art - something which has been of huge value to his own mental health.
His art has been seen in a number of Automotive magazines, and in 2018 - 2019 Adam was Artist in Residence for Aston Martin. If you don't see him at Bicester, then you can always find him, sat crosslegged, in the paddock at Goodwood, or working with Volunteers on the REVS Restore project - a 1975 Land Rover Series 3 - a project about marrying restoration of vehicle and mental wellbeing.
